Lisa McRee’s award-winning career spans decades: as an anchor and reporter for ABC’s World News Now and Good Morning America, KABC’s Eyewitness News, PBS’s California Connected, and, for the last 7 years, Spectrum News’ LA Times Today show. Her honors include multiple Emmys, the Alfred I. DuPont-Columbia Journalism Award, the LA Press Club’s 2021 Broadcast Journalist of the Year award and, most recently, the 2026 Radio and Television News Association Golden Mike award for Lifetime Achievement.

Women’s Empowerment Award Honoree
Caroline Baudino is a Los Angeles–based media personality, entrepreneur, podcast host, and forthcoming author who has built a thriving platform reaching millions of women worldwide. Known for her signature jewelry stacks, attainable style, and empowering message of confidence and reinvention, Caroline encourages women to stop waiting for permission and start showing up for themselves.
After a season of feeling lost in motherhood, caregiving, and family challenges, she committed to putting her oxygen mask on first—a decision that inspired her now-signature mantra: “Get Up. Get Dressed. Let’s Do This.”
Today, through Shop With Caroline, her Dear Media podcast Coming In Hot, and her forthcoming book Finding the Happy in the Hard (2027), Caroline inspires women to embrace what’s next with confidence and purpose. Her work has been featured in People, Forbes, Business Insider, Access Daily, and Good Day LA, where she continues to champion reinvention at every age.

Impact Award Honoree

Valorie Kondos Field is the former head coach of the UCLA Gymnastics Team, a position she held for 29 years. Her accolades include: 7x NCAA Team Champions; 4x NCAA Coach of the Year; 18 PAC12 Championships; PAC12 Coach of the Century; and UCLA Hall of Fame Inductee 2010. “Miss Val,” as she is affectionately known, proved that one can achieve success at the highest level while honoring her student-athletes as people first.
Valorie began her career as a professional ballet dancer and choreographer. She began her coaching career in 1982 as an assistant coach for the UCLA Gymnastics team, and in 1989 was asked to take over as head coach. Her determination to figure out how to be successful in a world in which she had no knowledge is the backdrop for her book, her speaking engagements, and her TED Talk which has over 6 million views.
LeadHERship Award Honoree
Shaun Robinson is an Emmy Award-winning journalist, television host, author, producer, philanthropist and girls’ empowerment activist. She has won the respect and admiration of millions of daily television viewers throughout her career, including her 16 years as host of the entertainment show Access Hollywood and as host and executive producer of The Couples Tell All Reunion specials for the worldwide mega-hit franchise 90 Day Fiancé. Coming from a strong background in television news, Shaun has contributed reports to NBC Nightly News, Today, MSNBC and CNN.
The issue of girls and self-esteem has been a life-long passion for Shaun. She is Founder and President of the S.H.A.U.N. Foundation for Girls, a nonprofit which supports the empowerment of underserved and underrepresented girls and women in five key areas: (S)TEM, (H)EALTH, (A)RTS, (U)NITY and (N)EIGHBORHOODS. She also currently serves on the Advisory Board of Girl Up, the United Nations Foundation’s adolescent girl campaign.
