JVS SoCal board member Cesar Trujillo participated in the Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers (YHCA) program hosted by the National Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR), representing Wells Fargo.
Cesar was amongst a distinguished cohort of 46 participants representing 32 companies across the country. YHCA is an intensive three-month leadership advancement, education, and training program for high-potential Hispanic professionals aged 25 to 40 from Fortune 500 companies. The program provided various networking, learning and skill enhancement sessions including some focused on DEI to foster authentic and effective leadership.
A standout among his cohort, our board member was selected by his peers to have the distinct honor of addressing the group during the final Awards Ceremony held in June 16, 2021. Find his inspiring remarks at the 21:50 minute mark of the following video:
